    The room was large and nice styled and decent sized with balcony when I arrived. Extra touches like a balcony and a kitchenette were a treat, staff were reasonably good. The location was marvellous and fantastic as for me, adjacent to the most iconic areas, domestic airport and the best restaurants. I was surprised at nearby La Biela, they had some goodies, drinks.

    Wonderful location, near high end shops, and an excellent english speaking staff capable of recommending excellent places to eat and to tour!

    No..nothing. I loved the rooms, the intimate size, the efficiency of the the cleaning and service staff.

    A bit noisy due to street traffic at night!!! Rusty shower heads left much to be desired!!! The air conditioning units sounded like they were on their last legs!!!

    The staff at CasaSur were accommodating, efficiently organizing our late check-in and providing helpful recommendations for local attractions. While the breakfast spread was decent, it could use more variety. The room I stayed in was quite cozy, but a bit cramped for extended stays.

    The room is reasonably priced. I have to mention the delicious breakfast with Argentine foods and healthy options and eggs prepared to order. This place is in a favourable location close to everything. All the staff members are EXCEPTIONALLY ATTENTIVE and helpful.

    The Hotel offers personal service that is above and beyond. Every guest is treated extremely well and the accommodations were magnificent. My husband and I are planning another trip to ba soon and we will definitely stay at the same hotel.

    great stay with a few minor issues

    The room was comfortable and quiet, nice for restful nights. I appreciated the wonderful staff who facilitated a FREE private tour on Saturday. The large terrace in the Executive Double Room was perfect for enjoying morning coffee while taking in a lovely city view.

    Very helpful staff, great location and value for the price. Front desk --particularly Veronica -- know their city and provide outstanding recommendations for tours and restaurants.

    Maid service was spotty. Room sometimes not made up until late in the day. Turn down service occured twice during an eight day stay

    The Casasur Art Hotel is a perfect place to start a perfect city break at Buenos Aires. Most importantly all of the hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, energetic and cheerful. Casasur is a very clean and nicely decorated boutique hotel. Upon our request we were able to change our "huge" room with no views to another one with a small balcony and a view of the main street. Sitting on a balcony at the end of a long day and watching people go by was a very nice way to relax before heading off to a nice restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was simple but good. Location of the Hotel was great, walking distance to a number of city's landmarks and a short cab ride to many other key locations. Perfect choice for a city break.
